⚠️ Limitations
- Client-side only: All processing happens in your browser. Large images may cause slowdowns or crashes.
- Max resolution: Images larger than ~4096px on either side may fail due to browser memory limits.
- Not true AI upscaling: This tool uses bicubic resizing and contrast adjustment. It does not use machine learning or neural networks like professional AI upscalers (e.g., Topaz Gigapixel, Real-ESRGAN).
- No detail recovery: Blurry or heavily compressed images cannot have lost detail magically restored. Results depend on the quality of the original image.
- File size limit: Very large source files (20MB+) may fail to load depending on your device.
- Supported formats: JPG, PNG, and WEBP only. GIFs, SVGs, and other formats are not supported.
