In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement on our website. 4. Procedure for Reporting Copyright Infringement

5. Actions Upon Receipt of a Valid Notice

  3. Terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users and account holders who are repeat infringers.

6. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that your content that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner’s agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the content, you may send a counter-notice containing the following information to our Copyright Agent:

Consent to Jurisdiction: Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which CuriousAssistant.com may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.

7. Repeat Infringer Policy

Consistent with the DMCA and other applicable law, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users or account holders who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
